Proofs - A proof or multiple proofs will be sent before a project goes to print. Client must sign off and approve before it can be sent to production. Clients are allowed (2) rounds of changes with each purchased design service. Every extra round of changes after the initial (2) will be charged $25.00
Typesetting - If a client submits artwork that needs typesetting, there will be a $35.00 fee.
Example: If you submit a Business Card and the name or telephone number needs to be changed you will be charged $35.00. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Images submitted to be used in the design process must be 300 dpi. If we have to recreate your logo or any other icons you will be charged an extra fee. Recreation will be billed per 1/4 hour at $75.00 p/h. |
